With the globalization of economic development, the market competition becoming more and more severe, China's equipment manufacturing industry faces enormous challenges. In order to follow the international situation and improve the technological content of China-made machinery and equipment, to win the domestic and foreign markets, this paper use CXT series electrical hoist as the carrier, focus on the method of its modular design, combined with previous research results, presented a set of modular design system of my own.Modular in the equipment manufacturing industry in the broad prospects for the future and will certainly be strong in some areas of the promotion. As a new modern design method and ideology, the method of modular design has unique effect on constitution mode analysis, organ optimization and the disassembly, recombination as well as the coordination of system.so the research on the theoretical system of modular design is particularly important.Modular design includes module division and reasonable assessment, module design, module management, and other aspects, the module division and reasonable evaluation is the key and basic of the modular design and implementation. This article focuses on methods and evaluation module division, while do research on the module design and module management. The module division and a reasonable evaluation are divided into the determination of the index weights,the clustering of the original sub-modules and the evaluation.the first step of the module divideing is to determine the division of the indicators or the basis of existing literature by combining the characteristics of CXT hoist series, this paper is to the function of each sub-module dependencies, geometric relationship, physical relationship such as a module division basis. Therefore, be confirmed by the module weight to the relevance of particular importance is the level used in this analysis, when considering the impact of the module by a variety of factors to build AHP model tree, with a calculated correlation between the weight.build and calculate the correlation matrix after determined the initial sub-module, then come to a variety of classified programs. In this paper,obtaine correlation matrix through The initial sub-modules'correlation between the functional, geometric relationship, physical relationship,then obtain the mapping of dynamic clustering graph clustering results according to different thresholds for clustering.Modules obtained by clustering the program is not the only classification scheme for a variety of modules, this paper use gray relational analysis to select the better scheme.
