In the implementation of infrastructure construction in colleges and universities,the activities of the infrastructure management department on behalf of the school to organize,control,and manage the project construction,design,bidding,and construction are called the infrastructure management of colleges and universities.The infrastructure of colleges and universities is the necessary hardware condition for the development of colleges and universities.The infrastructure construction of colleges and universities is directly related to the normal teaching work and the life of teachers and students.The success or failure of university infrastructure construction projects has a huge impact and involves a wide range.The first step to ensure the smooth progress and implementation of university infrastructure projects is to choose the appropriate project management model.However,at present,there are not many researches on the optimization of project management mode for private colleges and universities in China.Most private colleges and universities are relatively blind when choosing the project management mode due to the limited conditions of their own.This paper will focus on the optimization of university infrastructure project management model.This paper mainly constructs and studies the optimization of the management model of college infrastructure projects by using the analytic hierarchy process and the grey comprehensive evaluation method based on grey correlation analysis.Firstly,by reading the literature and investigation,this paper reviews the current situation and management status of infrastructure construction project management in China's colleges and universities,highlighting the significance and importance of the optimization of university infrastructure project management mode.Secondly,through theoretical overview,it is concluded Common engineering project management models,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each model,and then further study the influencing factors and guiding principles of the university infrastructure project management model,and give the preferred indicators of the project management model;then,carry out the university infrastructure projects.Management model optimization model construction.The construction of the optimal model is mainly through the use of the analytic hierarchy process and the grey comprehensive evaluation method based on the grey correlation analysis.Based on the factors and guiding principles that influence the optimization of university infrastructure project management model,the optimal model evaluation index is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index.Then the correlation coefficient of each index is determined by grey correlation analysis.Determine the gray weighted correlation degree of each scheme,and then select the optimal scheme.Finally,a case study was conducted on the project of a comprehensive science and technology center project of a private college in Xi'an.The optimal project management model was selected for the project through the application of the preferred model,reflecting the effectiveness and feasibility of the preferred model.Through the research on the optimization of university infrastructure project management mode,it can not only help a university in Xi'an to find a suitable project management mode,but also provide a similar decision-making method for other similar universities.
