The flourishing social economy and the exponential growth in the automotive industry have made the automotive industry meeting the individual design of the user and rapidly responding to the trend become the general trend.A variety of personalized structure needs to emerge.But today's design of the car structure only stays in the experiential design stage.So the realization of the transition from the experiential to the theoretical design is imminent.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to establish a fuzzy correlation system for product design and give the fuzzy matrix of attributes and the method of efficiently and accurately processing fuzzy information data.This paper focuses on the forward theoretical design process,takes the main decelerator and differential design in the automobile driving axle as an example,uses the association rules to adjust and optimize the data by the application of the fuzzy concept theory.First of all,it needs to divide the collected attribute information according to fuzzy interval and carry out the association rule mining to get the relationship between the attributes of each part of the automobile axle.It also needs to effectively transform the attribute information into mathematical fuzzy matrix and model the attribute relation matrix to get the optimal solution by the application of algorithm.So far we can get the modular design of the driving axle product.Based on fuzzy correlation,the research on modular design method of automobile drive axle is designed to realize the rapid response to the market,moreover,it can effectively solve the contradiction between the high-efficiency,low-cost and customized design of the user under the mass production mode,which has a very important significance.It is proved that the method used in this paper has fully considered the influence of the data fluctuation of the driving axle.The modular construction scheme can realize the fast response to the selection of the model parts of the drive axle,and greatly improves the selection speed of the coupling parts of the drive axle.It also decreases the design cost,especially for the product that needs to change a lot,and provides a feasible modular design idea and method for drive axle design.
