In order to seek an anti—skidding surface of asphalt Pavement scheme which can satisfy the pavement performance, and improve economic benefit. This paper mixed with the present situation of lacking basalt which be used on anti—skidding surface of asphalt Pavement, but rich in limestone along the project, and collected the research status on selection of stone, using standard, and structure type of mixture on anti—skidding surface of asphalt Pavement.Taking limestone and basalt as research objects, this paper starting from the composition of raw material and the basic properties of physical chemistry, through mixing the limestone and basalt by different proportion, and studying their change law of mechanical index, obtains the feasibility of mixed coarse aggregate scheme.Basing on distinguishing the limestone and basalt by red ink, through the testing method of crushing value, and studying of residual percentage change law of different grade, obtains the mutual action relation of mixed coarse aggregate. In addition, this paper uses limestone and basalt which have different strength on AC and SMA mixture testing, deep analysis the grading curve, composition structure, framework role, bearing mode, and volume index of AC and SMA mixture, obtains the relationship of mixture framework role and aggregate strength. So, it can provide the basis for the application of mixed coarse aggregate in mixture. At last, basing on the conclusions, graded theory calculation, and regression analysis, this paper provides the gradation type of FAC mixture, and tests their pavement performance. The tests indicate that the application of mixed coarse aggregate in FAC can satisfy the pavement performance, and improve economic benefit.
