At the past two decades, the China's packaging industry developed steadily and rapidly, and the packaging equipment has also owning the best opportunity. Coding identified as the last link of the packaging industry, whose role is more and more import. Following our government's increasingly attach importance to food safety, the inkjet printer will in a peak period of development. But how can get the greatest gains in the peak period? The sales model of Inkjet printer becomes very important. Based on the research and exploration of the inkjet printer sales model, This article can eventually find themselves the most appropriate sales model at the present stage.Following increasingly fierce market competition, the choice of the business-to-sales model is becoming more and more important. In order to choose the most suited to their business's sales model:First, you must have a clear understanding of your own and your position; Second, we must understand the history and current status of the whole industry, and can accurately predict the future of the industry. And then according to the characteristics of different types of customers choose the right sales model. According to analysis and research on the porter's five forces model and competitive strategy, and characteristics of inkjet printer sales industry,the article proves sales strategies presented by the author.The article starts from the customer's needs and the development of the industry, and analyzes some of the existing basic sales model of the industry firstly; then establishes the company's future sales of inkjet printer model according to their own company's advantages; analyzes the necessity and reasonable of the pattern finally. In order to imply this sales model better, the article analyzes a variety of customer's possible needs from the specific cases, Eventually this article establishs a new sales model which based on cost leadership strategy:one engine low-profit strategy for clients who are new clients; and strategy of sending machine or services to old customers who are to buy consumables. Each of which is given a sales plan and the corresponding countermeasures.Finally, the article gives a forecast of the whole industry, and analyzes the company's future direction and prospects combined with the forecast.
