As China's home appliance market continues to grow and develop,home appliance companies tend to be homogenized in terms of product,technology,price,performance,etc.The competition of home appliance companies is shifting from the competition of products to the competition level of after-sales service.The service is growing.At present,the traditional after-sales service methods such as telephone repair and manual dispatch,which are adopted by domestic household appliance enterprises,have long response time and low service efficiency,and can no longer meet the demand of home appliance enterprises to provide users with high-quality consumer experience.After-sales technical engineers falsely report traffic costs and other issues,and the after-sales costs are increasing.This article takes the home appliance enterprise F company as the research prototype,through the field investigation of the company's after-sales service status,analyzes the organization structure,after-sales service process,customer satisfaction and after-sales service cost of the company F,and finds that the company has the after-sales service.The border of the responsibilitv area of the outlet is unclear,the efficiency of the after-sales service center is low,the dispatch is chaotic,and the after-sales technical engineer falsely reports the transportation expenses.This paper proposes to introduce GIS technology into the after-sales service system of F company,from the perspective of space,using GIS' powerful spatial analysis and topological ability to optimize the after-sales service of F company.This paper studies the basic theory involved in the application of GIS technology to optimize F's home appliance after-sales service system,and analyzes the feasibility of GIS application in the technical and business aspects of the home appliance after-sales industry.Based on SuperMap Online,SuperMap iClient for JavaScript,SuperMap iobject and other platforms and components,the company developed the GIS-based F company appliance after-sales system based on Java and JavaScript technology,assisted F company to carry out visual management of after-sales responsibility area and automatic distribution of after-sales orders.The system measurement of the route automatically settles the maintenance toll of the F company after-sales service technical engineer.Applying the above research results to the after-sales service system of the company F,summed up the application effect of F company in terms of after-sales process,customer satisfaction and after-sales cost,and verified the feasibility of applying GIS to the after-sales service system of home appliances.And the superiority in the visual management of the after-sales service network responsibility area,the intelligent dispatch of orders,and the automatic measurement of maintenance lines.By introducing GIS into the after-sales service system of the company F,we helped the company to optimize the after-sales service process,respond to customer needs in a timely manner,improve the customer satisfaction of the company,and also save the cost of after-sales service for the company F.
