The company whether engaged in international express, remote delivery, or city express business, will continue to optimize its delivery network to improve network efficiency delivery in order to gain more market share. The transport network of express is based on aviation network. In order to offer the high-efficiency express delivery service, transport network of express must raise aviation efficiency of network at first.This paper analyzed the present situation of China's express delivery market firstly, and in-deathly discussed the pattern of China's express delivery market, and made a prediction for the development trend of China's express delivery industry in support of the data. Then emphatically from the perspective of the actual research, select a better express delivery company, SF express delivery company, as research object. Derived from SF Enterprise SWOT analysis, the fast growth of the enterprise relied on an efficient air transport network. Therefore, the paper combined with the actual situation of SF air transport network to propose the axis-spoke type of air transport network development pattern. Secondly, take used of the comprehensive cluster analytic method and function evaluation method to layout SF air transport network. Two different methods from different angles planned the network, the first one firstly planed services and then determined the hubs, the latter determined the hubs location and then planed the hubs service scope. Based on SF axis-spoke air transport network which determined by the above two ways, finally, according to the air transport network evaluation standards, the paper optimized the axis-spoke air transport network under the standards of costs and service time, eventually determined the mixed axis-spoke air transport network. The optimized network cut down the costs of the air transport without reducing the quality of services at the same time, and suitable for the development of SF Company.
