| Suspension system as an important part of automobile chassis, which was closely related to riding comfort, handling stability and security of vehicle. Conventional passive suspension stiffness and damping parameters are determined by all the performance of automotive and does not change with external conditions.These suspension system can not meet vehicle performance requirements when the vehicle speed, load and road changes. Although semi-active suspension can not executive the optimal control with the external input, it can adjust the parameters size of stiffness or damping via the optimal working parameters of suspension which have been stored in the computer.The development of computer simulation technology and the birth of hybrid simulation technology provide a more convenient and quickly means for the design of suspension controller system. This paper aims to establish a real-time semi-active suspension simulation platform system, which can easily test the controller performance, tuning and optimization the parameters of auxiliary controller, this article first complete the overall scheme design of the test bench, this test bench includes three parts for example hardware part, software part and interface system. Then make the sectotype on the main subsystem and function modules of test bench hardware part such as pavement excitation system, data acquisition module, control module, suspension system and other equipment. And according to the actual conditions design the shock absorber and air spring characteristics curve experiment scheme to gain its characteristics parameter values. Then uses Matlab, Simulink, RTW, xPC Target real-time simulation integration tool and constructs the real-time simulation software environment. and use C MEX S-functions to control the frequency of variable-frequency drive and wrote extended MOXA serial port card driver, Based on RTW, xPC-Target host machine-the Target machine double machine simulation way to establish suspension system under the pure computer simulation model and hybrid simulation model.Semi-active suspension and passive suspension under sinusoidal road input to verify off-line simulation control effect, establish random road input model based on the host machine-the target machine double-machine real-time simulation experimental results demonstrate that in all the pavement spectrum of double machine simulation model under the feasibility.According to inverter control, manual control on inverter via the host machine, automatic control on variable-frequency drive via the target machine. The host and target machine communication can be achieved via the network communication or serial communication, thus complete mixed simulation. |
