With the development of passenger-dedicated railway construction, Cohesion station as the important connection of passenger-dedicated railway and existed railway, is the window for railroad to organize passenger transportation and serve the society. Massive passenger flow is collected and distributed in the station, and has an ability for passengers' interchanges.. The station mainly handles starting; arriving, passing and folding return train. The organization of station is related to the train running on time and quality of passenger transportation. The foundation organizes and controls daily production activities by the arrangement of receiving and dispatching tracks, is one important part of the railway station working plan, receiving and dispatching trains, arrange train route and within the station transfer are related with the allocation of the train. So when formulate the plan of arrive-departure lines. To formulate the arrive-departure lines in principle,we should be full considered the nature of the train and the feature of the throat turnout, for making the plan of station decisions. The research of thesis included the following several respect mainly:1.First, on the basis of combining passenger-dedicated railway and station type setting influence factors, analysis under the circumstance of collaboration cases about technical superiority and the principles than should be followed in of the cohesion station. The cohesion of different forms of station layout and the advantages and disadvantages of various layouts are briefly analyzed.2.The article introduces the main equipments and station operation. Through emphatically analysis the technical operation process and station equipment of various passenger trains. The time of the train in the arrive-departure line is comprised of the time need of technical operation process down time of trains in the station and the down time of the train through station rout in the throat. The difference of the technical operation process in the station lead to different the occupy arrive-departure line. According to the above, we can obtain the time standards of the train occupy arrive-departure lines in the cohesion station. And the paper analyzes the operation characteristics of the cohesion station.3.The influences of train diagram to the arrival-departure lines and the relationship between arrival & departure line and throat switches are summarized. In the case of a certain station's layout and a certain train diagram, with the description of the problem, the principals obeyed in the application, the comprehensive concerns about the throat routes and the arrival & departure lines and finally according to the characteristics of the cohesion station, the maximized route effect and the convenience of interchange are considered as objectives, then the optimization model is built up. Finally, an example is solved by applying the model. Taking the characteristic of this model into consideration, this article presents the thoughts and methods of solving the mode by using the generic algorithm.
