The large-scale network development of urban rail transit in China provides good conditions for flexible train routing.Setting up train routing scientifically and properly,on the one hand, can maintain the balance of transport capacity and demand to avoid transport resources being wasted. On the other hand,it can provide high-quality transport services to meet passengers'travel need much better.Especially under the conditions of network development, the preparation of the(?)oss-line train routing plan can better reduce the transfer press(?)and ensure the safety of the transfer station and the passenger service level.Few studies consider the impact between cross-line train routing and congestion at the transfer station. It is of practical significance to consider the problem of urban rail transit train routing planning combining with the congestion degree of transfer stations. This paper analyzes the form of urban rail traffic routing and influencing factors, summarizes principles of train routing planning and compilation steps, establishes the optimization model of train routing planning combining with the congestion degree of transfer stations, and proposes the solving algorithm. The main work and conclusion are as follows:(1)On the basis of summarizing cross-line and co-line operation modes of urban rail traffic at home and abroad, the definition of cross-line train routing is given, advantages and disadvantages of setting up cross-line train routing as well as several typical basic types of cross-line train routing are analyzed, and the passenger flow conditions, line conditions and train types to be satisfied in setting up cross-line train routing are illustrated. What's more, the principles and steps of train routing planning are also summarnzed according to systematically analysis of influencing factors from 3 aspects including passenger demand, equipment and facilities conditions and transport resources allocation of enterprises.(2)Taking passenger travel cost and enterprise operation cost minimization as the primary objective, considering the congestion degree of transfer station, quantifying the additional cost of passenger travel and enterprnse operation caused by the congestion degree of transfer station according to relevant research, and considering the constraints of the operation complexity, the ratio of section traffic volume to capacity and the departure interval, etc.a multi-objective non-linear optimization model is proposed.Purthermore, considering passenger's route choice behavior,a path selection model based on the generalized cost of passenger's travel is established:the path between each pair of OD is calculated by K short-circuit deviation algornthm, and the passenger flow is assigned by the improved Logit model.Finally,K-short circuit algorithm and genetic algorithm are combined as a feasible algorithm to solve the model.(3)Based on the analysis of operating conditions and passenger flow characteristics during morning rush hours, taking two lines in Chongqing rail traffic network,to which the train routing planning model and solving algorithm is applied,as the research object, the optimal routing plan of these two lines is obtained and effectiveness of the model and solving algorithm is validated.Meanwhile, sensitivity analysis of the number of routes and weight coefficient is also carried out.(4)The research and case study show that:The multi-route arrangement can better adapt to the unbalanced spatial distribution of passengei-flow(?)the line, make the capacity and demand better match, reduce the waste of transport resources, effectively reduce the number and running mileage of trains, thereby reduce the operating costs.Cross-line train routing can meet passenger's non-transfer need.Setting up cross-line routes according to passenger flow characteristics can reduce passenger transfer costs and improve service level;on the other hand,it can greatly alleviate the pressure of passenger, improve the service level and reduce the operation risk of the transfer station.
