Arrival and departure tracks utilization of passenger dedicated lines' station is an important part of the stations working implementation plan.Therefore,normal operation of the train and quality of passenger transport services both has a direct influence with stations working implementation plan of arrival and departure tracks utilization.In view of the high speed of passenger dedicated lines,a great number of working train and short track interval time.These have higher requirement with the accuracy and feasibility of arrival and departure tracks utilization plan.The research of arrival and departure tracks utilization optimization not only help to improve the efficiency of the receiving and dispatching train,but also increasing the economic benefits of high-speed railway.So,the study of arrival and departure tracks utilization optimization has important significance in reality.According to the actual transportation situation of Xi'an North Passenger Station,with the objectives of research is the different rank trains based on the rigorous train diagram,a multiobjective optimization model of minimum traveling times of trains in station and the shortest passengers' traveling distance in the station is built.In the actual situation,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization model.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the correctness of the model and the rationality of genetic algorithm.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzing the background and significance of passenger stations' arrival and departure tracks utilization.Summed up the existing achievement research,it is certain that basic content and structure of this paper based on the existing study.(2)Describe the characteristics of the passenger train station's train technical work and analyze the process of the train technical work.Combined with the principle of Arrival and departure tracks' distribution,some relevant influenced factors of arrival and departure tracks utilization were studied,finally it is analyzed that time parameter of influenced arrival and departure tracks' distribution,such as occupation of the stations' throat time?occupation of the arrival and departure tracks time?occupation of arrival and departure tracks interval time.From all above provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the model.(3)Combined with the constraint condition are established by the influencing factors of arrival and departure tracks,taking the trains of different rank in the passenger dedicated line as the research object,that establishing optimal track utilization mathematical model,which is minimum of traveling times of trains in station and the shortest passengers' traveling distance in the station.(4)After the model is established,the genetic algorithm program for this model is designed.The program is programmed with software named Matlab,and arrival and departure tracks utilization plan of 8 to 12 o'clock at the Xi'an North passenger station is optimized.The result shows the correctness of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm.In this paper,study of arrival and departure tracks utilization optimization and using of station equipment reasonably and effectively,which improve the quality of passenger service and achieve desirable result,and the paper contributes to the making of train operation plan about large passenger station.
