Polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic power generation industry driven the rapid development of industry, Polysilicon supply is extremely important part of polysilicon production equipment, The performance of a direct impact on the quality and cost of polysilicon production. More than the existing domestic supply of polysilicon, or silicon controlled rectifier using AC power technology, DC power, AC power front-end filters can be reduced, and the control circuit complexity and low efficiency; silicon controlled rectifier power factor is low, accuracy, and power of low reliability and maintenance costly.So, Research thus a high efficiency, high reliability, high-precision polysilicon supply is urgently needed.Specific to the disadvantage of the traditional Poly reduction furnace power supply , put forward adopts triple the chopper polysilicon reduction furnace with dc chopper main circuit topology structure. Studied the large capacity IGBT selection , A kind of large capacity IGBT driving circuit and protected is designed. DSP+FPGA controller is adopted, and with a variety of failure protective functions. At the end a new digital system of Poly reduction furnace power supply is developed, the simulink and the running states are very good.The new Poly reduction furnace power supply for its superiority of high efficient, little ripples, control circuit simple, high precision control, high reliability, small unit, will become the upgrading of the tradition one.
