Research On The Installing Standardization Of Large Oil-immersed Power Transformers

The installation quality of the large power transformers directly influences the safe and stable operation of the transformers. On the basis of the national standard of power transformer installation, new construction technology and construction methods are innovatively developed and used. Through strictly controlling the transformer vacuum breaking, attachment installing, vacuum oil filling, hot oil circulation and transformer electrical test, and using the optimal construction methods suitable for environment, the transformer installation quality is greatly improved. Through analyzing the problems of large faulty transformers in substations in recent years, a key control installation is applied to the large transformers to eliminate hidden faults. The recovery of the factory insulation and transformer oil processing ensure the long-term and stable operation of the transformers after put into operation.
