Study On The Overhaul Strategy And Technique Of The Transformer Of The Regional Power System

With the development of economy, the power industry has made considerable progress, the stability of power systems is close related to social stability and economic development, power has become an impotant driving force for the development of the economic. With the development of the power grid, safety and reliability of the transformers which perform the important duty of transmitting and distributing the electrical energy directly affect the stability and security of the entire power system.This paper focuses on the maintenance strategy of the transformer of regional power grid. By comparing various maintenance methods, the situation of the the transformer of regional power grid is analyzed, and the CBM shows advantage. Though determining the stage of transformers, the maintenance strategy is decided. Significance problem is olved by the transformer overhaul and the necessity of the transformer factory overhaul.In order to analyze the transformer insulation, transformer insulation structure is described in detail, focusing on the performance of transformer oil and solid insulation material. The factors which do harm to insulating properties of the transformer oil and solid insulating material are summarized by analyzing the transformer insulation structure. The measures that can effectively restore the insulating properties in the overhaul are proposed. By analyzing the short circuit electromotive force of power transformer, the causes of transformer fault are analyzed and the corresponding overhaul procedure is introduced. The process of the transformer factory overhaul is systematiclly summarized, and the critical processes (maintenance of internal part, processing of insulating oil, kerosene vapor phase drying) are emphatically discussed.
