With the development of industrial technology, induction motor has priority on drive system of some drive equipment because of its stable working performance. This thesis aim at the study of digital control system for induction motor used in electric car, the main work of the paper are as fellows:(1)The working principle of induction motor is introduced, and its regulating speed and braking method are analyzed also.(2) The digital control system for induction motor is designed, which includs the DSP minimum hardware system, SCI/SPI communication interface, IGBT drive board, voltage & current test module, motor speed detection module, IGBT selection, power, etc.(3) Space vector control algorithm of induction motor is studied, and MATLAB/SIMULINK is adopted to verify the correctness of the algorithm.(4) The procedures of software for the vector control algorithm, PWM produce, rotational speed sampling are designed.(5) The control algorithm is used in induction motor experiment platform to verify the correctness of the algorithm.
