[Abstract]:Fuzhou NO1 Metro Line is to be through the silt, silty clay and different degree of weathered rocks. What's more, the soil is mixed with gravel, boulders and so on. The engineering geological conditions are complicated. The adverse effects will cause the longitudinal force of the structure and generate the settlements. Maybe it will affects the safety operation of the Metro line. In this paper, based on the Paixia station of Fuzhou Metro line, the author studies the internal force and displacement of metro station in heterogeneous layer situation and then how to reducing the settlement.Firstly, the author introduces the calculation theory of the framework box, comparing the similarities and differences in the field of internal force calculation between the foundation of high-rise building and box-shaped frame structure of metro station. Generally speaking, the metro station is surrounding in heterogeneous soil, bearing different types of loads. Except adapting to the changing geotechnical factors to calculate the soil pressure, there also needs to consider the interaction between the underground structure and the surrounding rock. It can use structural mechanics to calculate the internal force of the box frame structure of subway station. Take the Paixia station for example, similar results are received and design parameters are drawn while using SAP and ANSYS to calculate the internal forces of the main structure. Usually, in the computing, SAP is more accurate in the aspect of calculating internal force in the underground structures. Then, using ANSYS,the finite element analysis software to establish two-dimensional model to simulate the station excavation. Internal forces and displacements are received in the process of excavation step by step.To the main structure of the station, three-dimensional model are established in the natural soil.But the settlement and internal forces are too large to harm the safety of the structural. To this end, analysis the factors of uneven settlement ,a series of the settlement methods is proposed to reinforce the soil such as piling under the column and use triaxial pile within a certain range. After reinforcement, the numerical calculation results show the structure of the internal forces of the station and settlement are greatly reduced, that indicates that under the column of deep mixing pile piling and foundation arranged for the station is valid.
