Three phase AC motor is the most important driving equipment of the industral production and the most important consumption equipment as well,it has a high consumption ratio at the total utilization of electric,so the high efficiency and the energy save of AC motor will have a highlight importance to the industrail production and the entrapresure development. Frequency conversion and speed control system is the important method for AC motor to improve efficiency and save energy ,good or not of the control method will have an direct effect to character of the control system .Duo to the presently used control methods have all kinds of good quality and shortcoming,which take different inference to their application and realization.This paper put foreword a new control method,which combine the SVPWM control with the none speed sensor vector control ,and use DSP+FPGA to realize it .which overcome the shortcoming of the used method,and satisfy the needs of the high-quality speed regulation system to the control method.Firstly, this thesis give a brief introduction to the frequency conversion and speed control method which have been using in frequency conversion and speed control field at home and aboard currently,resumed the good and bad point of these frequency conversion and speed control method,and their fitting field,by comparing and analyzing,put forward to a new control method—speedless sensor voltage vector control method which can satisfy the presently market needs to the frequency conversion and speed control system with high precision,High performance and high safety.not only this control method have the convenience in fixing and mending as well as the low hardware cost and the high safety etc,which the speed-less sensor voltage vector control method have,but also the presional technolige,easely digital realization as well as the highly control precision which the SVPWM method have.so,not only this control method is the inheritance of the study fruit in frequency conversion and speed control field especially the speed regulation method which the presentor have done,but also the development of the study fruit in this field. Secondly,for verifying the feasibility of the control method gave in this paper,gave the control mechanic of this control method in the one hand introduced and analized the all kinds of math model used in the paper to realize the control method,so, guaranteed the realization of the control method in theory.Gave the simulation analysis of the control method put forword in the paper by MATLAB software,for efficiently making sure the parameters of the control method when applied in the complete control system,so that the control system can reach a best effect,gave the simulation graph as well.In the end,put forward to the digital realization method of the control method,gave the hardware and software frame for digital realization,by in-line adjustment and experiment to verify the efficiency and realization for the control method of this paper to apply in the practice.
