Inverter has played a very important role on power converters and power control systems; In recent years, with the more mature of wind power technology, the perfo-rmance requirements for inverters in the grid-connection of variable-speed constant-frequency doubly-fed generator is more and more high. In practical applications the effect of grid-connection control plays an important significance on the safe operation of grid and generator,while the traditional mode of grid-connection control can not sa-tisfy the grid-connection cornrol requirements of doubly-fed generator. Therefore, PWM control multi-level inverter is presented,which realizes the grid-connection so-lution of high-voltage,variable amplitude, variable phase, variable frequency and low harmonic.Based on the multi-level inverter theory and the PWM inverter theory, this paper develops a solution designing on the frequency and amplitude of the closed-loop PI-conditioned doubly-fed generator and the empty net control strategy is proposed,wh-ich makes the system keep track of the changes of the information for the grid when the wind speed changes,The synchronization network control strategy for the doubly-fed motor is analyzed and studied,and the fine-tuning the frequency of teminal volta-ge regulation phase of the synchronization and network control methods is also esta-blished.PWM control algorithm model is created and discussed firstly. It can complement a multi-level inverter’s control system of frequency, phase and amplitude variable multi-level inverter’s control system,including protection and alarm indication in accident. The validity of this technique is proved by Matlab/Simulink and analyzing the simulation results.In the comparison of the solutions on the basis of the existing PWM, this paper pr-esents a new control system design scheme. The structure of the control platform is DSP and FPGA, which uses EP1C6Q240C8N FPGA as flowing-point arithmetic core and uses TMS320F2833DSP as fixed-point controlling core. And the paper analyzes the hardware circuit and soft-ware programme design of modules for this system design in details,and theresults prove that it works well.
