With the development of power electronics technology,motor control theory,microelectronics technology and permanent magnet materials,the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been applied more and more widely.Due to the nonlinear,time-varying and strongly coupled characteristics of PMSM,the control system will be affected by motor parameters,load disturbance and external interference signals.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the control system of PMSM and find a more effective control method of PMSM.Firstly,the mathematical model of PMSM is established by coordinate transformation,and the realization method of space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)technology is introduced,and the simulation results and analysis are given.And then,the traditional PID controller is designed by introducing PID control principle and parameter setting method.After that,aiming at the problem of the poor adaptation of motor speed and load torque mutation and the poor speed response ability when the motor is controlled by PID controller,an improved series two-mode controller is proposed for the first time to optimize and improve the motor speed.This controller is designed with the combination method,in the speed loop,using Fuzzy PID controller,and in the current loop using an improved current controller(Fuzzy PI controller and PI controller are connected in series).Then,the simulation contrast experiment was carried out among the traditional PID controller?fuzzy PI controller and fuzzy PID controller in the simulation process,and the results were analyzed.Then,a series of simulation experiments based on improved serial dual-mode controller are carried out to prove its feasibility and superiority.And then,the design of hardware control system and software control system with DSP+FPGA as the core is completed.Finally,the experiment platform of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is set up,and the feasibility of the system is verified by a series of experiments...
