Research And Design Of Battery Online Monitoring Based On Zigbee Technology

The wireless sensor network has the advantages of less cost, the ability of overcome the harsh environment and convenient installment.lt has become the new researching area focused by many countries.Recently,there appeared the BlueTooth,Wifi,UWB and ZigBee wireless technology. But now more and more control of industry and home require lower power,less cost and higher security communications.So,the ZigBee protocol emerged.This thesis firstly introduces the related knowledge about the battery and ZigBee technology, then make a further analysis from the aspects of PHY, MAC and NWK layers. According to the system functional requirements,complete the formation of ZigBee star network topology, achieve the system design of wireless communication module.Secondly,present Ah arithmetic to forecast state of charge(SOC) method on battery,which are based on analysis for the current forecast methods of the SOC.This method forecasts the SOC only through the extrinsic parameters of the battery,regarding the battery as a closed system.Therefor,the method is appropriate for each battery SOC forecast and the requirement of this thesis.Thirdly, design a degree of on-line monitoring battery deterioration models. Without exception, the SOH of any batteries associated with their resistance. Through the analysis of the battery internal resistance can be achieved on-line monitoring SOC of battery.The hardware scheme is offered by CC2430 and s3c2410. On this hardware platform,achieve the collection of voltage,current and temperature of the battery.Self power through the battery, make the design of power module easily.Finally,the last chapter summarized the dissertation and the future work,as well as analyzed some insufficiency in the design.
