The power energy demand of industrial lighting industry in our country occupies a very high proportion in the social electricity consumption,and has gradually become the burden of social electricity consumption.Aiming at the demand of "green lighting" and "intelligent lighting",the lighting control system relying on Internet of Things technology has developed rapidly,which not only provides intelligent lighting control lamp management,but also alleviates the problem of excessive energy consumption to a certain extent.At present,the problems faced by most factories in the industrial field,such as inadequate lighting control accuracy and high lighting energy consumption,are still difficult to solve.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of intelligent lighting control system with convenient control,stable system operation and more energy-saving.Firstly,this thesis introduces the development history of lighting control system.On the basis of analyzing and comparing the research status at home and abroad,the main content of this paper is put forward.Aiming at the key technology of the system,the principle of wireless sensor network,the development of ZigBee technology and the system architecture of Z-Stack protocol stack are expounded.Secondly,the software and hardware design of intelligent lightingcontrol system are carried out.The hardware composition and software framework of the system are elaborated in detail.The hardware involves the selection of components,circuit design and analysis;the software focuses on the analysis of the network entry mechanism,network monitoring and instruction control flow based on ZigBee technology.In addition,the PC upper computer software is described in detail.Thirdly,the shortcomings of traditional ZigBee routing algorithm are analyzed,and the routing mechanism of AODVjr and Cluster-Tree routing algorithm in complex environment of factory area is deeply studied.Aiming at the flooding problem caused by AODVjr routing algorithm,an adaptive ant colony energy balancing routing algorithm is proposed,which realizes the energy balancing and stability of the whole wireless sensor network node.On the platform of MATLAB simulation software,the traditional algorithm and the proposed algorithm are simulated,and the feasibility of the algorithm is concluded after comparison and analysis.Finally,the performance of the intelligent lighting control system designed in this paper is tested in the factory environment,and the experimental system is built.The energy consumption of network nodes,the stability of wireless sensor networks and the overall energy consumption of LED lighting lamps are collected and analyzed.The experimental results show that the system can realize automatic andintelligent control of plant lighting,and achieve the goal of green energy-saving to a certain extent.
