Along with the rapid development of our economy and the rising of the science and technology, causing the increasing production and life growing demand for energy, especially some infrastructure construction occupies an important position. In recent years many technical fields of tunnels and underground engineering technology got great development, and obtained the widespread utilization which has also made a lot of achievements. The accurate simulation on thedistortion and the stress characteristic of tunnel surrounding rock with the lining work, and understanding excavated tunnel stability of the surrounding rock and reliability of the lining works, which have the important practical significance to the tunnel project. the analysis development present situation and the analysis theory about the tunnel stability of the surrounding rock and the lining work structural design were systematically introduced in the paper. The Mahe tunnel ball plastic simulation model had been established. Because stability of wall rock has an effect on the whole stability of the construction cost and operation of hydropower station. The problem is an issue that deserves research.Based on Manas River First Grade Hydropower Station tunnel as an example, the tunnel three-dimensional ball plastic value simulation model had been established.Concrete content as follows:First, Based on the initial stress field simulation and the research of supports opportunity,3-D nonlinear numerical simulation on wall rock and support structure of Manas tunnel had been conducted. The computed result had conformed the general rule.Second, surrounding rock deformation and stress distribution by simulated on the influences of different conditions of the typical hole section tunnel were also analyzed in the paper. In addition to different geological parameters, lining parameters and excavation cross-section of the shape of the sensitivity of the surrounding rock and lining structure were analyzed. And the specific research different parameters on the effect of surrounding rock stress and deformation of lining, as well as to the influence of the internal force and deformation from different aspects. The main influence of surrounding rock and lining structure stability factors were analyzed in the paper. The research results had the practical value and provided the reference to the other tunnel projects design analyses.Last, the results of the study indicate that wall rock appears different degree of stress re-distribution after the excavation, some local appeared certain tensile stress and the emergence of the plastic damage area, after lining supporting, the deformationdisplacement of the wall rock, Frication Angle can largely affect the tangential stress of wall rock around the waist and the radial stress of wall rock of the tunnel top, and lining form various indexes of great influence.
