With the rapid development of bridge monitoring technology, the large-scale bridge monitoring system has been widely used in bridge construction and operation of the health surveillance monitoring. But it is always plagued by the workers that the health surveillance during construction and operation will cut away in the actual monitoring, while the reliability has also not reflect the true assessment of the dead load. According to this situation, the assessment model based on reliability theory of construction-operation safety of monitoring is proposed and its application prospect is very optimistic.In this paper, it proposes the safety assessment of bridge construction through the real-time monitoring of embedded sensors, and through the sensor pasted in the operation and embedded sensors work together to continuous messaging, so as to realize long-term health monitoring mode. It gives the depth analysis of the causes of error in the monitoring, the assurance measures of data reliability, identification and repair methods in data preprocessing, and then it preliminarily applies to actual projects. It proposes the method for reliability evaluation by getting the dead load from the appropriate function through analyzing the correlation of monitoring data of the embedded-surface mount by different layout of construction-operation. The true effect of the load for the bridge can be got based on the maximum effect of live load distribution and dynamic fitting technology by the information on bridge monitoring with statistical hypothesis testing theory. This paper summarizes the impact of the bridge resistance degradation of the various factors related to the probability model and statistical parameters, and establishes the model of substantial resistance degradation according to the collection of research data of structural resistance. This paper establishes the structural function based on monitoring information through resistance and load effect of the time-varying patterns, and completes the full-bridge safety assessment model established by system reliability method, besides, builds a framework for the flow chart.This research has important theoretical and practical value and it has good prospects in bridge health monitoring.
