Research On The Rapid Construction Technique In The Mountain Highway Subgrade Expanding

In the wake of the rapid development of China's highway construction, lots of early-built mountain highway now can not adapt the additional traffic by reasons of low design standards, overloading, etc. As a way of stopping this, some of the mountain highway needs to be expanded. And during the procedures the construction of subgrade is the most important part. This paper mainly discusses the organization mode, duration control, traffic organization of the expanded construction of the roadbed .The study issues, emphases of the paper are put forward based on both domestic and aboard researches are analyzed, then the engineering characteristics of the expansion subgrade is introduced, the influencing factors of reconstruction and expansion construction of the highway are summarized and concluded, and then the way of the reconstruction and expansion construction are analyzed; frame-chart of construction of reconstruction and expansion construction are explained.Secondly, in this paper the advantages of the hybrid construction group project organization and the team services organization are expounded, and an information management system is built up based on the P3 management software. We can make project plan through the software of P3 project management and control project plans to achieve the purpose of the construction plans.Then traffic organization, the biggest disturbance factor of the reconstruction subgrade construction, is analyzed, this paper puts forward that it takes different traffic organization form according to the different the construction characteristics, locations, environmental. Particularly traffic light traffic commanding mode is used in highway widening road traffic transportation, which improves the traffic organization effectiveness, reduces the construction of interference.Finally, in order to reduce the construction cost and the vehicle waiting time ,the optimal length model of construction area is established according to vehicles waiting time, which optimized the construction length through this model。Besides several can fast construction such as gabion retaining wall self-locking type stiffened retaining wall etc form are introduced.The expanded project of the mountain highway is a systems engineering, mainly by formulating orderly construction schedule and taking careful construction schedule control, reducing traffic to the project's interference factors, adopting new technology, new techniques, the project can quick the construction schedule and achieve rapid construction purposes.
