| In the process of current project construction,there are some problems such as lag of progress,disorderly management and serious safety risk,which have become important problems endangering the interests of all parties involved in the project construction.These problems mainly lie in the lack of systematic coordination between the organization,design and management of engineering projects,and there is no effective method of systematic analysis and management.Therefore,when a project management situation occurs,the organization will show disorder and chaos,leading to the serious consequences of failing to achieve the final project construction objectives.In this context,it is necessary to study the new project management mode.This paper studies the project schedule control from the perspective of engineering organization and schedule management.The specific work is as follows:(1)This paper describes the connotation of demand-oriented,engineering organization and engineering schedule,and analyzes the characteristics of schedule management based on demand-oriented organizational management mode through the study of related theories of engineering organization and engineering schedule.(2)Through a large number of literature studies on the development trend and advanced concepts of current project management,a demand-oriented organizational management mode with project interests as the core is established,and a demand-oriented organizational management mode is established by describing the complex organizational structure of the project participants with the demand system.On this basis,the adaptation of project management organization system and engineering project system is explored from the aspects of the content of adaptation theory,the principle of adaptation process and the construction of adaptation model.(3)based on demand oriented organization and management mode,on the basis of the mode of the progress of the research,optimization and control based on process optimization,complexity,and the characteristics of many cooperated-builing body were analyzed,and the schedule optimization method is proposed,and discussion on the demand oriented organization and management mode,how to control the progress,Furthermore,a grey linear regression combination model composed of multiple linear regression model and GM(1,1)model is established,and the schedule prediction model is used to predict the construction period.(4)Based on the newly established grey linear regression combination model,this paper makes a case analysis of the library project in the new campus of Xinjiang University.After model calculation,it is found that the process of the project is non-linear construction.The GM(1,1)model is used to study the concrete dosage and progress of the main structure.This paper,based on the present situation of the current project organization and management based on demand oriented organization management mode,on the basis of the forecast progress,combined with the case are studied,found that the model has certain feasibility and schedule model also late for other engineering provides a new research idea and method of the progress of the forecast. |
