Study On Schedule Plan And Control Of The D09# Building Construction Project Of Shenyang International Software Center

In the recent decades,our national scientific technology has gone through rapid change but we still lag behind comparing with the developed countries.In order to be listed amongst the top powers in the areas of science and technology,we must spare no efforts in promoting the scientific and technological progress.However,the scientific and technological progress cannot be separated with its carrier,which is the construction of science parks.For the purpose of quickening the pace of scientific and technological progress in Shenyang,it is planning to construct Shenyang International Software Center and make it as the carrier of technological innovation in Hunnan district.Consequently,the management of the projects of Shenyang International Software Center is of critical importance for the proper functioning of each project.Schedule management constitutes an important part of project management.Project Schedule Plan and control are the two cores of project scheduling management,based on which,the construction project of Building D9#of Shenyang International Software Center will be at the center of discussion in the thesis.Systematic research will be conducted on the Schedule Plan and schedule control with an aim to provide basis for more efficient completion of the construction project on time.In the first place,thesis foundation,i.e.project Schedule Plan theory will be laid out;secondly,the construction project of Building D9#of Shenyang International Software Center will be introduced briefly to give readers a clear picture of the research object.Thirdly,the Schedule Plan of the construction project of Building D9#of Shenyang International Software Center will be formulated in accordance with a standard Schedule Plan preparation process,which is structural decomposition,responsibility assignment,activity sequencing,time estimating,drawing and optimizing schedule diagram to provide basis for subsequent schedule control.Finally,in order to secure the smooth implementation of the construction project of D09#Building Construction Project of Shenyang International Software Center,detailed schedule control will be formulated,including the approach to schedule control,its flow path and the corresponding supporting measures,etc.
