As the implement mechanism of aero-engine fuel control system, fuel measurement equipment has direct influence on the performance of aero-engine. It is very important to master performance of fuel measurement equipment under various working conditions.Based on AMESim software, the thesis mainly studied fuel measurement equipment mathematical model according to the working principle. Three typical working conditions were analyzed and steady-state / dynamic characteristics were obtained by simulating the working conditions. Testing system for fuel measurement equipment was built, so the accuracy of simulation model and credibility of simulation result were proved according to experiments data.Provide variety of improvement plans for the defect that fuel measurement equipment has serious steady-state error. By the means of simulation, the improved result was verified and the advantages/disadvantages of improvement plan were analyzed.This thesis provided a set of ideas and methods for design calculation, modeling simulation, test and improving optimization of aero-engine fuel measurement equipment, and also provided important reference basis for future research and development of fuel measurement equipment.
