The Research On Strategies Of Environmental Art Design Of Small Towns In Sothern Jiangsu In The Process Of Urbanization

Under the context that the process of small towns'urbanization is accompanying with extensive construction model, a large demolition and construction in the past several decades has caused an increasingly urgent crisis. The environmental art, as one kind of design activity which directly role in elements of style in the form, is easily manipulated and effective. This paper starts from the perspective of environmental art, selecting some typical small towns in the Southern Jiangsu as a research scale, with a purpose of finding out some proper design strategies which fit for the context of contemporary urbanization and trying to make whatever amendments to those buildings already destroyed.First, this paper starts by two main lines:The first is making an analysis of the basic attributes of environmental art of small towns in Southern Jiangsu against the background of contemporary, then deciding to use a way of "local, organic" "integration" on the basis of "those which has been built",which based on the current style of "fissile structure, texture collage, size disparity, visual mosaic" and guided by the development needs of "intensity, economy". All this ways has elaborated the "particularity" of operation of environmental art design of current small towns in Southern Jiangsu. The second is making an analysis and summary of possible detailed design situations on a basis of the study of constitute of environmental style of small towns in Southern Jiangsu, which has interpreted "difference" of operation of design when facing different kinds of situations. Finally, after those two main lines were compared, the discussion of strategies can be classified into three different styles such as "adjustable", "filled" and "extension".Meanwhile, some foreign and domestic successful cases were introduced to one by one elaborate detailed operation methods.The first chapter is an introduction and definition of the research context and related concepts of this paper; Second chapter is about an elaboration of existing context and basic attributes of environmental art of current small towns in Sothern Jiangsu; The third chapter is an analysis and carding of detailed design situations of small towns in Sothern Jiangsu; While, the forth chapter is just the export and detailed elaboration of final conclusion of this paper.This paper has 63000 characters in total, with 128 pictures and tables.
