Research On Device Of Retrieving And Pressure Relief And Control Technology In The System Of Gas Tight Detection With High Pressure

The gas tight performance measurement system with high pressure which this article talked, can be used in testing gas flowability with the largest value is 5MPa, and in gas tight test with the largest value is 30MPa.This system integrated by machine, election, gas and control software, and this system is composed by drive system by compressed air, nitrogen gas prepare system, first supercharging device, second supercharging device, performance measurement system , gas tight detection system , retrieving and pressure relief device, data acquisition and control system.The designed air control value with high pressure is the important part of gas tight performance measurement system with high pressure. The retrieving device had designed, Its main function is that it can reclaim nitrogen gas with buffer tank in order to save nitrogen gas and energy. Its main part is buffer tank. According to gas nature and velocity of flow formula, the theoretical analysis of gas relief device is researching the element which effect the velocity of flow, in order to offer the theory instruction for gas relief device safely and high efficiency based on MATLAB.The SCADA part of gas tight detection system with high pressure had designed, which is the necessary part of doing correlate experiment of gas tight detection system with high pressure , is mainly composed by computer, cabinet ,sensor ,PLC and so on. The control part can operate and control the system at current time effectively, and the function of the data acquisition part, which take a part in the date acquisition at current time, is transfer the signal which come from the sensor to apparatus or to computer by data acquisition facility.
