This article first introduced what emotional products were, " emotional " means Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability for short, is a new conception which encourages happy and economical and sustainable life. Firstly, emotional products advocated a healthy lifestyle. The paper wants to conclude the design methodology through analyzing the elements of emotional products and value structure, then verify the inductive method by examples, because our purpose is to promote the healthy, environmental, happy, sustainable lifestyle, which can make people's modern life more colorful. In the process of products designing, I brought the concept of "environmental and happy" into use, and considered "fun" as the soul of "emotional" product. Our aim is to add more fun into modern life.In this paper, based on the experience value which emotional products brought to people, we tried to cut into the three closely linked to different areas from a comprehensive perspective:the rise of emotional products, the change of people's consumption concept and the development of user experience design to achieve application of integration and design of the study. Firstly, in today's economic and social conditions, people's feeling is getting passive with the rapid economic development. With the rise of the consumption level, people's demand towards products is becoming more higher. Products that just with simple function can no longer satisfy the consumers, because consumers hope that the product can be equipped with some underlying value - the experience value after meeting the functional requirements at the same time, that people can win unique and special sense through the interaction with products. the paper stated when givien modern personal creative features, the value of the product will increase, which is the experience value. Secondly, with the economic and social development, people's consumption concept has undergone a qualitative change, which make the creative economy get a huge potential market. Thirdly, the article summarized the emotional product design methods and processes after analysis of the design elements of emotional products, and provided the track for other design to follow, because designing can improve product quality, and establish a good brand value. And it aslo support an innovation tool upgrading the product structure in the traditional manufacturing industries in China. In addition, we not only combined the analysis of innovative and inductive and qualitative and quantitative of psychological investigation of emotional products feature, but also adopted different research methods between different products. At last, we chose several successful emotional products in the market as samples to analyse, in order to verify our conclusions and get a better understand the case study.
