In the post-epidemic era,the technology has exploded,and the big-leap-forward product upgrade has ushered in a wave of idle smart products.With the rapid development and application of new technologies and new materials,the new content,new situation,and corresponding new problems and new requirements in the development of smart products need to be designed to actively respond,instead of keeping technology in the process.Before the design,if the user cannot obtain a satisfactory experience,no matter how good the smart product is,it cannot show its true value.From this point of view,the intervention of user experience research is particularly important.From a psychological and spiritual perspective,the experience of smart products needs to allow users to feel the humanization of the product and the transmission of emotions,and touch user emotions through the optimization of interaction details,so that users can accept smart product-driven behaviors from a higher level.Help users achieve their goals and transform to a new,active and healthy lifestyle.At the same time,in the context of the experience economy,in addition to satisfying the user’s functional and styling requirements,we must also pay attention to the multi-level experience of the user in the process of contacting the product.The user’s personalized needs are emphasized.Can emotional design bring the user’s spirit? This point of pleasure and satisfaction cannot be ignored.When the user’s senses,emotions and value are satisfied,it will turn into the user’s internal drive,which will stably drive the user’s use of the product,which is conducive to the development of smart products,brand and word of mouth,and user stickiness will increase accordingly.The "eating dust" phenomenon of smart products can also be avoided fundamentally as much as possible.This article first conducts a literature study on experience,masters the existing models and development trends of experience,and summarizes the path and elements of the formation of experience on this basis.Secondly,the article defines and elaborates the emotional design of smart products in the new era,and summarizes the key factors that affect the emotional experience of smart products from three perspectives: the emotional expression elements of the product,the psychological cognition of the user,and the external environmental factors.And clarify the opportunity and necessity of experience intervention in emotional design,and provide value explanation for the research of the subject.Based on the previous related theoretical research,in order to have a deeper understanding of the users’ mental cognition,use behavior and the important links in the formation of emotional experience of smart products,the author invites target users to conduct quantitative and qualitative research to obtain first-hand data on the factors that affect the emotional experience of smart products.,Divide into two types of typical users according to the data results,and summarize the user needs.The last chapter,combined with the description of the interviewed users,divides the process of forming the emotional experience of smart products into 5 main stages at the conclusion stage of the article,and integrates the factors that affect the emotional experience of smart products and the external factors that can be participated in to jointly construct the emotional experience of smart products.The theoretical model is formed,and the user’s mental cognition participates in conversion and value storage touch points.In addition,according to the characteristics of different stages,different emotional design strategies and design principles applicable to users are proposed in stages,which provides a new perspective for the emotional design of smart products from the perspective of experience.This subject research takes experience as an entry point for the emotional design of smart products,expands the design scope of smart product emotional design,and aims to enhance the emotional experience of smart products while using the characteristics of emotional expression of smart products to help people build an ideal lifestyle.Try to supplement the methods of emotional design of smart products,expand the research scope of emotional design,and provide designers and researchers with new ideas.
