Rail is one of the main components of the railway, it is an important element in railway development. Rail placed out of door is easy to rust, even if it has just produced. In order to ensure the railway industry development and the quality of rail, derusting is very important. In order to improve the efficiency of derusting, improve working conditions, reduce labor intensity and the quality of derusting, a rail derusting machine which works with high efficiency, reliability, easy operation and to achieve automation control is designed.Used for railway on rail are bulky, rail is transmitted by special mechanical equipment. In transmission process, the speed is 1.0 m/min, the distance is 1100mm from rail to ground. The function of the rail derusting machine is when it is through by the speed of 1.0 m/min, the rust entire surface of the rail is derust completly.The Principle of derusting machine is that a rail is grinded by four Customization steel brushes. In addition, two Vacuuming devices are set up,in order to reduce the environmental pollution.The FX2N mitsubishi series programmable controller (PLC) is used, as the rail derusting machine hardware control system. Mitsubishi GX Developer software is used to programming, Mitsubishi GX Simulator software is used to simulation.In addition,the protection control system to deal with anti-interferencing problems are designed.
