Study On Evaluation Factors About Resettled Environment Of The Towns In Wenchuan Seismic Area

The paper is the previous research for the Natural Science Foundation of China that is'Study on tracking and evaluation about resettled environment of the towns in Wenchuan seismic area'. The aim of dissertation is to determine the Wenchuan earthquake disaster area resettled environment reconstruction assessment of the paradigm, clear evaluation of subject and object, judge evaluation method of choosing the innovation evaluation factors. The study is try to select a set of evaluation factors, and buildup a basic framework of evaluation about the resettled environment of reconstructed towns, furthermore, provide references for follow-up and in-depth researches.The paper selected Wenchuan earthquake disaster area three representative town, like as Beichuan, Wenchuan and Dujiangyan. The main contents include:evaluation factors select methodology, related post-disaster reconstruction reside environmental evaluation index system research, rebuild towns' resettled environmental problems survey, evaluation factors screen and inspection process, suitable for post-disaster reconstruction resettled environment evaluation factors set and index.In the selection of evaluation factors, this study adopts the 'Four Steps Method' that is widely recognized in international, and is made up of'conceptual consolidation - analytical structuring - indicator identification - index creation'. The author thinks that, people shall be used as the resettled environmental evaluation body in post-disaster reconstruction areas, thus, research increased public screening evaluation factors of disaster, compensate for the previous research studies link on people's lack of characteristic consideration. Evaluation method use the existing scientific evaluation factors such as the safety construction and urban update to support contribute to the concept. Through understanding the literature material and investigating the actual situation of the disaster, the author make comprehensive consideration of the top-down and bottom-up factors that are analyzed and construct the evaluation factors. This article use the'questionnaire method','the Delphi method'and 'factor analysis'and so on. These comprehensive method is used to discriminate evaluate factors. Finally, the author create evaluation index and its usage by subset guiding.The paper finally constructs by subset of evaluation, that include 5 rule layer which be made of the living environment, ecological safety, culture rebuilding, life reconstruction and reconstruction mechanism, and 24 primary factor,50 secondary factors,3 schemes of mode together. In the specific application level, because different regional people's choose is different from the important evaluation factors, and they pay attention to the same assessment factors also differently, evaluation factors mutual correlation also has difference, this paper analyzes the applicability of the corresponding suggestion.Make a comprehensive survey to full text, the research paper systematically discussed the post-disaster reconstruction resettled environment evaluation method in selecting the factors. It form the corresponding theoretical contributions for key technological link in the domestic built environment evaluation. In addition, as the pilot study of NSFC, the study surveys the basic situation in larger within the scope of the disaster area, and provides a basis information for subsequent. It reveals the post-disaster reconstruction of some key problems, and indicates that the focal place of the evaluation for subsequent respective assessment research.
