High-rise building eccentrically brace steel frame and concrete core tube structure system in China's development in recent years is a relatively fast.This paper applied high-rise building finite element analysis and the dynamic analysis of the related theory, and through SAP2000 finite element software, seven degrees of high-level v-shape eccentric support area steel frame and concrete examples of core tube structure on the seismic performance analysis. First of all, using modal analysis got structure vibration periods and each cycle from structural vibration form, through comparing various scheme, and analyses different decorate a form and material selection of structure, the influence of rigidity and vibration form. Then, the earthquake response spectrum to structure analysis, this paper discusses and research in earthquake effects on the structural side move, layer and layer effects of shear and moment adding analyses for steel frame shear ratio. Finally, by elastic dynamic time-history analysis method, the selection of three kinds of seismic waves of various schemes structure, between layers of the displacement Angle and layer displacement envelope curve, layer shear and layer bending moment envelope curve and analyzed, and select one of the scheme in the response spectrum and comparative analysis of seismic waves.Through the research of structure, draw will support arrangement on the edge of the seismic performance across superior to decorate in cross. The length of the beam section for energy chosen to comprehensive consideration of the aspects of factors, too long or too short pcis earthquake. Brace rigidity increases can strengthen the integral structure stiffness, but the effect is not obvious. some Suggestions were put forward.
