In recent years,high-rise building structure has gotten rapidly develop in China.High-rise structure seismic design is of prime importance. This paper combined with theactual project that a office building which adopt with type the steel concrete frame pillarframe-reinforced concrete core tube hybrid structure, to study the seismic performanceof high-rise mixed structures.Using PKPM/SATWE and MIDAS/BUILDING established the calculation modelof three dimensional space structure respectively, and compares the calculation results. Two natural ground motion acceleration time history curves and an artificialacceleration time history curve were selected to conduct the elastic-plastic time historyanalysis under frequent earthquake and rare earthquake. Compared with the calculationresults of vibration mode decomposition response spectrum method, the structure layershear, interlayer displacement Angle, the bearing capacity of structures, and thereasonable structure of the hinge order and the hinge type in elastic-plastic stage canfully validated seismic performance of the structure.Structure second defensive problem was discussed, and the type the steel concreteframe pillar frame-reinforced concrete core tube hybrid structure was studied.Theframe column shear of practical engineering office was enlarged and adjusted withcorresponding measures that concretely achieved and fully reflected the seconddefensive problem of outside frame.
