Because of the characteristics of paroxysm, high mortality and being difficult to predict, most patients who suffered from Cardiovascular disease need to be equipped with ECG system at any time, and the system must minimize the negative impact on patients'life and work. With the improvement of living standards, community-home model of health care solutions are gradually deepened. Based on this situation, the wireless ECG system gets a great attention from the world recently. However, most of ECG devices are at high cost and require professional operation. Those drawbacks of ECG hinder its widespread to communities and families.At present, lots of the ECG monitoring systems base on a wire communication environment which is expensive, not easy to carry. Consequently they are restricted to be used in hospital only. In order to make the ECG available in the home, rehabilitation centers, and retirement communities to achieve real-time monitoring of cardiovascular diseases, a small, portable, real-time display of ECG system is needed. Wireless ECG monitor system is mainly based on WLAN, compared to ordinary bedside monitoring systems, which is advanced in data transmission and control means. What currently available in the market is portable Holter System which is large-sized, not real-time transmission, and only can roll back the patient ECG data for historical analysis and bring patients the inconvenience in daily life. In order to overcome those defects in present system, this system utilizes F060 as a master chip microcontroller which is of greater stability; cooperating with the wireless card, so that data can be transmitted through WLAN by means of teletransmission. By interactive remote control of the patient's ECG data in real time, doctor can monitor the patients ECG data at any time through this system, so that combine prevention with control and minimize the mortality. This System is small sized, easy to carry, and of good interaction and can collect real-time data conveniently. It liberates both doctors and patients from the restriction of time and space. This thesis will focus on the following two aspects:Wireless portable ECG acquisition device: according to the features of the spectrum of biological signals, design the hardware filter circuit and signal acquisition circuit, reducing the outside signal interference of the portable instrument and improving system reliability, studying the WLAN module.Terminal Server software: socket programming, using the TCP / IP protocol to realize data exchange with the hardware modules, ECG data, graphical display of design and programming, database design.According to the investigation and comprehensive analysis, the main difficulties of this system are:1. ECG acquisition.2. Real-time transmission of ECG.3. Intelligent analysis of ECG signal, advance warning.4. Terminal server data interaction with the hardware modules.5. Terminal server, real-time monitoring.6. Center database design.In summary, taking full account of the system's usability and portability, this study can be well suited to modern living requirements by achieving the effect of early prevention of cardiovascular disease with real-time warning. It will play a significant role and be of great potential applicability particularly in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes and other environmental.
