With the rapid development of science and technology and people’s demand for fast and convenient life style,the application of wireless network has been paid more and more attention by the state in recent years.Therefore,the state has formulated smart city,broadband China and other policies.WLAN network project construction is one of the important means to realize the requirement of smart city,so in recent years,there are more and more WLAN network projects。Although the company has accumulated some historical experience through the construction of WLAN project for many years,there are still many problems in the construction of WLAN project,such as cost,quality,procurement,contract,human resources and so on 。 The occurrence of these problems will affect the progress of the project。Therefore,in order to win more WLAN project network construction orders for enterprises in the fierce market competition,and make enterprises gain more profits in WLAN project construction,We need to study the progress management of WLAN network project.In this study,first of all,by referring to the domestic and foreign literature on WLAN project management,we can understand the existing problems and relevant solutions in the construction of WLAN projects at home and abroad.Then,taking the WLAN project of the grand theatre as an example,this paper summarizes the organizational structure of WLAN project management and points out many problems in WLAN project management as well as the factors affecting the project progress.With WBS method being used to decompose the work content in the WLAN project of the Grand Theatre and Sorting units of work by tables,I finally Complete the development of project schedule.After the development of project schedule,using WBS decomposition method to determine the list of risk factors,using AHP and Expert analysis Analyze risk factors of this project from Quantitative and qualitative perspectives.Finally,the process and three-level management type of project schedule management are established by chart.Find the problems in the project by establishing the dynamic monitoring method of double feedback mechanism.These problems are compared and analyzed by deviation analysismethod After fully considering the relationship between critical path,deviation duration,total duration and free duration,I Make schedule adjustment plan.In order to ensure the implementation of the project as far as possible without interference from various factors,this paper also puts forward the safeguard measures for project schedule management.Through the research of this paper,I hope to help enterprises better sort out the plan of WLAN project schedule management and provide some reference for the same type of WLAN project in the future.
