Hanfeng power plant boiler coal use blind coal and lean coal mixing, because the actual coal and design coal greater difference between, volatile matter and heat values were lower than that of the design value, and large variation, make enters the furnace fuel combustion properties occur at any time of change, to cause great harm, burning stability anytime possible extinguishing, causing deterioration. At the same time because of coal quality is poor, plus "W" flame furnace special structure, partial burn coal boiler, the wind ratio, carbon-in-ash higher is always difficult boiler efficient operation of difficult problems. To solve these problems, the effective way is to direct observation of combusting status in the furnace combustion. Three-dimensional temperature field of flame monitoring system can achieve this requirement.This project uses 20 flame detector extract Combustion flame radiation image information from furnace. Using radiation image processing technology, advanced solution strategy, monitoring of furnace temperature field and thermal load distribution etc. such as guiding combustion adjustment and control and improve the safety and economy. By using the typical regions of 3D combustion temperature field information, get hearth burning radiant energy signal, introduce DCS control loop, realize the wind coal proportion of the optimal control, improve the thermodynamic parameters control stability and Control quality.
