Research On Quality Control Of Ultra-high Pressure Centralized Control Center Infrastructure Project

In the recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of China's macroeconomic economic, electrical infrastructure is an advanced commander of economic development, it also appear great-leap-forward development, each large project come out one after another. However, the existing project management system, mode and method show malpractices, scientific project management thought and the application of method are still at the stage of exploration.This paper describes the features, organization, various factors and links affecting the quality control of China's power construction project. It introduces the status of ultra-high pressure centralized control center building project quality control in domestic and international, analysis its features and problems further. Introducing the concept and content of project quality control in economic theory, it puts forward to the ideas of overall quality control. It proposed the specific quality control program by using the dynamic PDCA cycle theory. Finally, the paper analysis the need to transform the monitoring system, and the problems in transformation process in Beijing High Pressure Monitoring System station reconstruction project. It put forward to the quality control measures in the transformation which includes control factors affecting the project quality, key parts and the key engineering processes. Starting with the three phases, it makes full use of modern control means, strengthen the quality control in the construction units, construction units and supervision unit, It turns out using the control method makes good results, the quality has been better controlled. The method has good reference and guidance for other power quality control of construction projects.
