Nowadays,economy developing in a high speed and technology changing for the better day by, the quality of construction project will influence the economy of a country and the safety of people’s lives and property. Thus, quality is the soul of construction and also the hot spot of society. The management of construction project is quite important, but, any problem in any segment or sector during the construction process will bring negative influence to the whole project, and even with serious results. For a long time, it is the quality of project that restricts the development speed of construction. Whether the quality of construction project is good or not is not only directly influence the practicability of the project, but also influence the safety of people’s lives and property as well as public stability. Therefore, it has a very important sense to research the present situation of the management of construction project quality and the way to deal with the situation.This article is based on the problems which existed in the whole management of project quality in our country, from quality plan compiling,taking the project of HK. training building as subject investigated,quality guarantee, quality control these three perspectives, has a preliminary research on how to enhance the management of construction project quality, and put forward some corresponding measures to enhance the monitoring and controlling of quality in whole project, which can solve the question that existed in our country’s quality management of construction project.The purpose and sense:this article will combine the development background of quality management at home and aboard, based on the real present situation of our country, taking the project of HK training building as subject investigated, systematically using the learnt speculative knowledge of project management, using the advanced experience of international modern project management for reference, combining the reality of project, expound how to according to the ideas and patterns of project management to manage scientifically of construction project, solve some outstanding issues, and try to be a successful model for project management, as well as hoping to be referred by construction project management. The article has clear application value and realistic meaning.
