Exergy analysis is the application of first law and second law thermodynamic, analysis of energy transfer and change in a variety of processes, and losses in the course of an analysis method, which can reveal the size of the systems used in different parts of the fire, causes of loss and increase energy efficiency. Exergy analysis method more scientific than analysis, are now from theory to practice, gradual application in thermal power plant, but in the area of energy-saving analysis on power plants are not perfect enough.This case study of China's main unit, according to the second law of thermodynamics for in-depth and detailed analysis, thermal system as a whole is divided into four parts, the establishment of a general matrix heaters, boilers, steam turbines, condenser and exergy efficiency of exergy loss equation, and to facilitate the calculation of exergy loss value of exergy efficiency. And infer the overall fire with a matrix equation of thermal system. At the same time apply it to a principle of unit thermal system calculation, analysis and calculation of the system was so that we can more accurately grasp the success and failure of each part of the energy situation in the system, so that the original theory is more systematic. In addition, established on the basis of matrix model for fire, heater, condenser of steam turbine, import and export parameters for economic analysis and calculation of exergy. C# language, prepared pursuant to a general matrix model established by the calculation of the exergy-economic indicators program, easy to calculate thermodynamic system under different loads and conditions of exergy-economic indicators, and main units for example of the domestic heater, condenser of steam turbine, import and export parameters change, on the part of the thermodynamic system and exergy efficiency of exergy loss.Convenient built models, distribution of exergy loss clear, example calculations show that the equation is correct, applicable to all types of thermal power unit comprehensive mining energy saving potential of each device; for exergy analysis of turbo-generator provides a simple and fast way.
