Study On The Resin Heat Resistance Performance Of Air-cooling Unit Condensate Polishing Treatment

In this paper, the physicochemical properties of the anion exchange resin used in the condensate finishing system of air-cooling unit were studied at high temperature.Selected two kinds of air-cooling unit commonly used strong acidic cation exchange resin, two conforms to the electric power industry standard of strong basic anion exchange resin, analog power plant refined processing anion and acidic tandem system of 65?, 70?, 75?, 80? and 85? for heat resistance experimental study. Experimental determination of the large air-cooling unit condensed water fine treatment with anion and cation exchange resin of the physical and chemical properties,Including anion exchange resin and cation exchange resin moisture content;cation exchange resin exchange capacity, strong acid group exchange capacity; anion exchange resin alkali group exchange capacity, strong type groups exchange capacity,strong base group decreased the rate and regeneration capacity.The results show that,with the extension of temperature rise and heating time,the cation exchange resin had little effect on the temperature, and the temperature resistance of the resin was better.;the anion exchange resin had significant reduction on the temperature. The properties of the imported was better than that of the homemade gel anion exchange resin in the gel type I styrene,the change of the properties was stable with the extension of temperature rise.Effection of resin recovery will be worse with the oil concentration highe-r.Macroreticular ion exchange resin is better than the gel type ion exchange r-esin.The experiment provided basis of the condensate with resin.
