Based on the actual operating characteristic of power plant, this dissertation brought forward the design proposal of plant online load optimal distribution system. The successful application of this system will reduce the remote adjustable device between the scheduling and the power plant, save equipment cost. Greatly enhanced the different units adaptive to AGC instructions efficiency and flexibility, give power plant bring large economic benefit. More important is that the grid power supply quality have improved better. It is important significance to the grid on the safe and stable economic operation, and has a broad market prospect.This thesis summarizes the studies for the load dispatch in thermal power plant.Firstly, the coal consumption is selected as the objective function of the model. In this paper, least squares fitting method is used to fit the consumption performance curve. This dissertation has mainly studied the math models and the optimize algorithms of plant online load optimal distribution system. Based on analyzing many optimization methods, the theories and application of equal incremental growth and dynamic program in the studies on optimizing load assignment are expounded. On the analysis of equal incremental growth and dynamic program solve the economic load distribution exist insufficiency, applying dynamic programming and equal incremental growth to distribute the load among generator sets. This dissertation also completed the software of the plant online load optimal distribution system by ABB Configuration system and VC++, and it made the research of the dissertation to be able to apply in the practice. Used the software on one example and analyzed the results, we can found that the software is economical and feasible, and it has well application prospect.
