| This paper considered the circle diagram as method theory, TMS3201f2407A as control core, no-load test and stall test methods as the means for designing. The whole design including both Epigyny computer design and Hypogyny computer design, and also the communication between them. Epigyny computer based on VB6.0, and then designed the experiment and parameter calculation interface.; Hypogyny computer considered DSP as hardware, CCS as software compile environment to obtain the relative procedures of the data acquisition and the communication with Epigyny machine.The performance testing of asynchronous motor including several experimental links, such as dc resistance test, the cold insulation resistance testing, no-load test, plugging turning test and so on. Among them, no-load test and stall test are the most important. In these two links, we need to measure three-phase voltages, three current and active power of the asynchronous motor's no-load test and stall test. Through analyzing the different voltage grade parameter in the repeated testing, using the circle diagram theory in VB6.0 programming to realize motor parameter calculation program of induction motor, so as to realize the calculation about the iron consumption, copper consumption, power factor, efficiency and other parameters.Through the calculation of these parameters, and compared with the original motor parameters and the test parameters itself. After comprehensive the motor performance test specifications, we can judge if motor reaches can put into use, if not, we can find it. This paper completed the design of soft hardware, and with simulation, debugging and experiment of the system. It is proved that the system is effective.Figure [54] table [2] reference [50]... |
