Micro-Mixing System For Vehicle Control Strategy Of BSG Motor

Hybrid system cars are paid more and more attention by automobile manufacturers than traditional cars for their advantages of high efficiency and economy.BSG motor,as an important part of 48 V BSG hybrid power system,can effectively reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions,but the stability and control accuracy of BSG motor using traditional control strategy is poor,so it is of great significance to study BSG motor control strategy.In this basis,the control strategy of 48 V BSG motor is studied and analyzed in depth.Firstly,the structure of 48 V BSG motor hybrid power system and traditional power system is compared and analyzed;On this basis,the mathematical model of BSG motor is constructed by using coordinate transformation,the principle of vector control system of motor and the principle of fuzzy control system are analyzed,which provides theoretical support for the construction of two control system simulation models;Then,based on the experimental platform,the parameters of BSG motor are measured,the vector control system model and fuzzy control system model of BSG motor are established on simulink simulation platform,and the two system models are compared and analyzed;Finally,the torque and power of BSG motor are measured by bench experiment,motor experimental data diagram of the motor in energy recovery mode and booster mode is obtained.and the efficiency map diagram and external characteristic diagram of BSG motor are plotted by calculation.The simulation results show that the system has better dynamic performance and robustness after the BSG motor is added to the fuzzy control method,which makes the control of BSG motor more fast and stable,and has higher practical value.In addition,through the experimental results of the bench,it is found that the BSG motor drive system has certain rationality and feasibility,which has certain practical significance for the research of BSG motor.
