With the decreasing of the fossil fuel resources and the serious pollution it causes to the environment, using bio-substance to replace the traditional fuel has become an international issue,as for XinJiang,with richful source of cotton stalk,it makes great sense utilizing bio-substance gasification technology.In order to searching the reacting condition that will affect the gasification rate of bio-substance. Basing on the principles of bio-substance gasification and thermal cracking,choosing proper rural gasification up-inhale bio-substance gasification style to proceed reaction device research and designing, the contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the principles of both bio-substance pyrolysis gasification reaction theory and up-haled bio-substance gasification stove,summarizing the main characteristics of the experimental reaction device;And Supply of three-dimensional improved device design of gasification agent,analyzing the reaction device structure,the influence of the pressing intensity and state to bio-substance gasification process.(2)Improving the previous device, and proceed the single-factor experiment of reaction stove structure to the reaction temperature basing on the device reaction stove structure (the search takes the diameter as the main factor),the experiment shows that a completed reaction has been achieved after it has been improved,the reaction device structure influences the temperature-field a lot.(3)Basing on improving the reaction condition, enhancing the research goal of straw combustible gas changing rate,utilizing Minitab response curved face experimental design,designing the inner diameter of stove,the pressing intensity and materials particles state multi-factor experiment, searching the first and second factor influencing level the heat efficiency,the influencing levels of each factors and changing trend; proceeding the optimization experiment of factor changing range in gradient methods,providing the optimum zone and the best combination;establishing the relationship model between experimental factor and heat efficiency index,the perfect combination to get the highest heat efficiency is stove diameter348mm-352mm,the pressing intensity of materials80g/cm3-81.5g/cm3,the dimension of materials particles is19.5mm-21mm.(4)The experimental results show that the suction on the internal structure of biomass updraft gasification reactor design of the gasification reaction temperature changed significantly affected.
