The question of concrete crack repairing is always an important topic which the academic and the engineering field have studied since long ago. The traditional way to repair crack has been unable to satisfy the material request of the modern age multi-function and the intelligent construction. Since late 20th century, domestic and foreign reseachers have developed research of the function and the intelligence of the cement material, and have obtained some valuable research achivements. The intelligent concrete is a multi-functional material to compound intelligence components on the base of the original concrete components foundation, and to enable the concrete to have self-induction and memories, self-adapting, self-repairing characteristics. It can precast the internal damage of the concrete material effectively according to these characteristics, to satisfy the self-safe examination needs and to prevent the latent brittle destroy of the concrete structure, and it can carry on the repairing automatically according to the examination result, notably enhance the security and the durability of the concrete structures.The research on the self-repairing technology of concrete crack is still on the starting stage, therefore the author thought in this field there are massive research works need to be done. Taking the shortages which exist in the engneering practice in the theorical study and in the repeated repairing into consideration, considering the developing trend of the multi-functions and intellectualized concrete materials. The author proposed a new study topic about the crack intelligence repair skeleton system to self-repairing concrete crack, using the coagulation soil mechanics experiment to evaluate the self-repairing ability of the concrete under a certain condition ,analyzing the influence of crack intelligence repair skeleton system to the concrete test sample's intensity and comparing the repair effect and capacity influence of different ingredient crack intelligence repair skeleton system to the concrete crack.The research mainly includes:①After consulting and analyzing massive domestic and foreign literature materials, the author proposed the mechanism of crack intelligence repair skeleton system to the concrete crack self-repairing, taking it as the theorical foundation, preliminarily studying the components,materials and the formation way in the self-compacting concrete test sample of the crack intelligence repair skeleton system;②From the contrast experiments of the self-compacting concrete test sample and the concrete test sample in the crack intelligence repair skeleton system, we obtained qualitative analysis and the quota estimation to the concrete test sample intensity influence with the different crack intelligence repair skeleton system, and thus confirmed the feasibility of this system to repair concrete crack;③Carrying on three bending tests to test samples of self-compacting concrete with different crack intelligence repair skeleton system, from the test results, we compared and analyzed the influence of the crack intelligence repair skeleton system with different material tackiness agentand the different arrangement ways and whether mixed in the shape memory with the different content of to the concrete crack repairing effect and the capacity. Analyzing the objective data, we obtain one kind of crack intelligence repair skeleton system with good repairing effect.The crack intelligence repair skeleton system to self-repairing mechanism of the concrete crack is a new crack patching way and it can be taken as one kind of new attempt to concrete crack self-repair technology. Simultaneously it also seeks the thinking breakthrough to future research of new biological modelling self-repairing concrete material and has the important theorical research significance and economic value.
