According to characteristics of the research the author of this article with reference to the existing concrete crack repair method proposed fiber tubular space frame system, repair mechanisms, and through testing, analysis of tubular fiber space frame system to its own strength of concrete specimens affected compared several different spatial tubular fiber backbone system to effect the repair of concrete cracks. Main conclusions are as follows:①Through inspection and analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature, Puts forward space tubular frame system of fiber concrete cracks self-repairing mechanism, based on this theory, puts forward space tubular frame system model and determines its embedded adhesive materials and formula.②Based on ordinary concrete specimens and built-in space tubular frame system of fiber concrete specimens contrast experiment analysis, Obtained the built-in different systems of space tubular fiber skeleton system for their influence of qualitative analysis and quantitative estimates.③Through the built-in tubular space frame system of fiber concrete specimens flexural tests carried out three times, the comparative analysis of the test results containing different adhesive, different systems of space tubular fiber backbone system to repair concrete cracks and the effect of repeated repair come to a more suitable space for such a component tubular fiber skeleton system.④Analysis of spatial tubular fiber skeleton system problems and puts forward the corresponding improved method.⑤From the surface to prevent aging of concrete structures to prevent the crack generation, proposed a new self-repairing cracks in concrete ways: that is coated with a layer of concrete structures reinforced SH agent, the agent can effectively prevent the reinforcement of concrete carbonation, In other words, that is not crack before cracking reinforcement, thus reducing the chances of cracks in concrete to reduce cracks and improve durability of concrete structures.
