With the project background of LiaoHe bridge in LiaoNing province in this paper,do the research mainly on the steel cofferdam, foundation ,cushion cap and the tower. Aim at the special factors such as low temperature, marine environment in this projuct, the specific contents of analysis and research involve several points as the following:(1) Analysis the construction technology of the steel cofferdam sinking and location.besides introduce the anti-ice measures of the steel cofferdam during the winter construction in the chilliness area.(2) The construction technology of the foundation in the chilliness area,including the manufacturing of slurry in the Sea area,fabricate of high-performance marine concrete as well as the quality construction of the foundation which is constructed in the winter.(3) Analysis construction technology of mass concrete of the cushion cap, simulate the construction progress of the mass concrete by using the finite element analysis software. According to the result, draw the temperature control measures to reduce the harmful cracks cause by the temperature.(4) Introduce the Template-climbing technology used for the tower, selective analysis the asynchronism technology of the tower pier and the lower beam. The asynchronism method of the the tower pier and lower beam in the diamond-type tower for cable-stayed bridge is the first case in China . It is large existing security risks in the asynchronous construction method, meanwhile, it is no experience to draw. For this reason, simulate the progress of the asynchronous construction of the tower by using the finite element analysis software Midas civil.Take appropriate measures to ensure the structural safety of construction according to the result.By the analysis of the above several points,it can provide a reference for construction of the steel cofferdam, foundation ,cushion cap and the tower in the chilliness area. The successfully implementation of asynchronous nethod for diamond-type tower in the project, created the leading card of construction in the same type of tower. It has great practical value and provide a reference for the other projuct.
