With the demand of the construction and high-building rising, as the one of mostimportant crane, the development of increasingly towards high-rise towers. More jackingsystem came out. The situation of the force when arising is complex, the lattice structureis not steady, especially when the wind takes place. Until now, there was no general wayto analyze the force of self-climbing system and to assure the climbing parameters, andthere is no correlative research that can give a direction to hand the situation when thewind take place abruptly in the process of self-climbing, Generally, the manufactureclaim that it is forbidden to start to climb when the unwarrantable wind take place, theoperator have no idea of making decision to continue to climb or decline. Faced with thelittle correlative standard, giving a reference to the practical guidance to deal with theunexpected wind, is the purpose of this thesis. This thesis seeks to do a little usefulcontribution in this respect.As for the wind load, a example of crane is set, that of800don-meter moment, basedon the level tower crane.Self-climbing frame is critical structure in climbing task. Bases on the peculiarity ofthe climbing work, the load of the frame in the climbing work are analyzed when nowind take place, and the factor of influencing to the structure. Based on the dynamicprinciple, the research of the relativity of the load and wheels pressure and the strategy ofkeeping the balance of the upside structure have done. Make sure the admeasureprinciple of guide wheels, when the force situation of the structure is optimization. Listthe function of the guide wheels, which contains influential complication as variables.In order to make up the rigidity-lose of the open climbing cage, design a dynamiclink system, when the unexpected wind takes place.With predigesting the condition in reason, builds up several finite element modelsbased on whole climb frame when it is climbing, list the function with the parameter ofwind speed and direction. By changing the location of the locomotor load, the wheel ’spressure tend to be identical. in this condition, put the specific wind pressure on theclimb frame, analyze the stress of the construct with the principle of intension andstability.By many times of analysis of the finite element software, assure the acceptable value of wind speed in specific direction. Change the direction of the wind load, calculate thestress repeatedly and protract the fig that guide the climbing work with the relativity ofthe speed and360direction, when the unexpected wind take place.
